BEFORE THE PARADE

I have not received any information.
We inform all ticket buyers before the parade on 10.08.2024.

When will I receive the information?
You will find all important information about the Subset Love Mobile 2024 here.
We will inform you by email approximately one week before the Street Parade.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can also bring it digitally, as long as we can scan the QR code.

DURING THE PARADE

When do we start?
The official start time is 2:30 PM. For what to do until then, please read below. We have starting number 5.

When and where does the check-in take place?
Our check-in takes place about 90 minutes before boarding.
Check-in time: 11:30 - 12:30
Check-in location: Klausstrasse 11
Please bring your ticket and a valid ID or passport. We will scan the QR code, verify your identity, and then you will receive your entry wristband.

When and where does the boarding take place?
Approximate boarding time: 13:30
Please be on time. We want to get in the mood as early as possible and depart on time.
Boarding location: Crossing Feldegg-/Bellerivestrasse
Before boarding the Love Mobile, bag and person checks will be conducted.

What will my personal data be used for?
During the Street Parade, Subset may share and use guests' personal data with emergency services for general safety.

How does boarding and disembarking work during the ride?
You can only board or leave the Love Mobile when it is stationary. Security will assist you. If you leave and we move on, you will need to find us. It is best to stay on the Love Mobile – it’s the nicest place to be.

Is the Love Mobile protected from sun and rain?
Our Love Mobile is somewhat protected from sun and rain. Don't forget to apply sunscreen and dress appropriately. In particularly hot weather, we encourage you to drink plenty of water (available for free at the bar).

Can I use the toilet on the Love Mobile?
There are two ToiToi toilets on our Love Mobile. Please leave the toilets clean for the next person.

Are there photos? Will I be filmed?
A photographer and a film crew will be on our Love Mobile to capture the best moments.

What is the lineup?
In addition to our international special guest TURNO, our Subset resident DJs will also perform: Adonai, Arithmetic, Colt, Lukey, Rosa Pagano
The timetable will not be announced in advance.

Are there drinks and snacks?
We have a bar with long drinks and soft drinks. Water and soft drinks are included in the ticket price (while supplies last). Snacks are not provided.

Who should I contact during the parade if I have a problem?
Primarily security, the Love Mobile chief, or the Subset team.

Is smoking allowed on the Love Mobile?
Smoking is allowed, but please be considerate of other guests.

How do we handle medications?
Please bring the appropriate prescription for your medications. Without a valid prescription, we will have to dispose your medications.

What is the minimum age for the Love Mobile?
The minimum age is 18 years.

How should I dress?
Please dress mainly in yellow, black, and white. Creativity is appreciated, but open shoes and flip-flops are not allowed.

Can I leave my clothing and bag?
Unfortunately, we do not have a cloakroom on the Love Mobile.

How long does the ride on the Love Mobile last?
Driving time from start to finish is approximately 4 hours.
Including warm-up at the starting area, it’s about 5 hours.

What are the safety measures?
Two security personnel (dressed in black) will be on the vehicle, and others will be around the Love Mobile. Security and the Love Mobile management can expel a guest without warning. Security decisions are final.

How can I pay on the Love Mobile?
We only offer payment in cash.

Can I distribute flyers on the Love Mobile?
Distributing any kind of advertisement from the Love Mobile is prohibited by the police. Subset will charge guests with fines and penalties if needed.

How loud is the Love Mobile?
The noise level is 100dB. We recommend that all guests protect their ears! There will be enough earplugs on the Love Mobile.

Can I bring personal items onto the Love Mobile?
Our security will check you and your bags for items when boarding.
You can bring bags up to A4 size, but space is limited, and your dance neighbors may not appreciate large bags.

What am I not allowed to bring onto the Love Mobile?
Prohibited items include: weapons, drugs, fireworks, projectiles, glass, Camelbak, beverages and food, laser pointers, music systems, powders or coarse materials, slingshots, bulky items, animals, flags and any items deemed dangerous by the organizer.
